“A la carte” Private Lesson Booking

One option for taking guitar lessons with me is to book ‘a la carte’ private lessons through a program called Calendly. These lessons are “pay as you go,” with no commitment required beyond one session at a time. You’re welcome to book a single session or book several at a time, and can choose from whatever times are available. 

This can be a great option for getting help on a specific problem or topic, or for busy students that know that committing to regular instruction is not realistic for their schedules.

Note that pricing for this option reflects the ‘no commitment’ nature of the arrangement; other options for regular instruction, like recurring weekly lessons, are priced differently. For more info on other options, go back to the main page, or contact me here

To book a session, simply select a time you’d like to book and the program will prompt you to pay through paypal to confirm. Once confirmed, the lesson will be on our calendars and you'll automatically get sent reminders as we get closer to the date. Any times shown are available, as the links automatically update when my schedule changes.

(For non-beginner players I will send you a questionnaire to fill out once you book the lesson so you have the opportunity to give some background info about yourself and share any goals you might have for the session.)

If you are booking from a different time zone, note that the times shown to you are in your time zone. For example, if you live in California and see that 1:00PM Sunday is available and would like to book it, go ahead and book that time and plan on seeing me 1:00PM Sunday by your clock.

Spring 2020 note: Because of the economic impact of coronavirus I recognize that many individuals may have less financial flexibility than they might have during normal circumstances. If you are facing economic hardship due to coronavirus I can temporarily reduce lesson rates on a sliding scale depending on circumstance and scheduling.
